Your FAQ Cheat Sheet
These are the questions you'll hear over and over. Memorize these answers (or bookmark this page) and you'll handle any conversation like a pro.
❓ "How long does it take to build a website?"
Answer: "Most websites take 2-3 weeks from start to finish. Joe works fast because he uses modern tools and knows what he's doing. Complex projects might take a bit longer, but he'll give you a timeline upfront."
❓ "What do I need to provide?"
Answer: "The basics: your logo (if you have one), any photos you want to use, and text about your business — like your services, about page, that kind of thing. Don't have photos? Joe can help source stock images. Not sure what to write? Joe guides you through it."
❓ "What if I need changes after the site is live?"
Answer: "That's what the monthly management is for! Quick edits — changing a phone number, updating hours, adding a new service — are included. Bigger changes or new features get quoted separately, but Joe's always fair about it."
❓ "Do I actually own my website?"
Answer: "100% yes. Unlike Wix or Squarespace where you're basically renting, with NWG you own everything — the code, the design, all of it. If you ever decide to leave, Joe hands over the complete source code. No hostage situations."
❓ "What if I want to cancel?"
Answer: "No contracts, cancel anytime. You keep everything — your code, your files, even documentation on how to run the site yourself. Joe also gives you 30 days of courtesy hosting to migrate somewhere else if you need. The door's always open to come back too."
❓ "Why shouldn't I just use Wix or Squarespace?"
Answer: "You could! But those sites are slower, don't rank as well on Google, and you don't actually own anything. Plus they all kind of look the same. NWG builds custom sites that load fast, rank better, and you own forever. And the $89/month plan includes weekly SEO content — try getting that from Wix."

❓ "Is $89/month worth it?"
Answer: "Let me break it down: You get weekly blog posts written for SEO — that alone costs $300-500/month elsewhere. Plus quick edits, site monitoring, monthly reports, and direct access to Joe. It's honestly a steal."
❓ "What's the catch?"
Answer: "No catch. No contracts. No hidden fees. You own everything. Joe just genuinely loves helping small businesses succeed online. He keeps costs low by using smart tools and staying focused on what he does best."
❓ "How do I get started?"
Answer: "Easy — either fill out the form on the website, or I can connect you directly with Joe. He'll schedule a quick call to understand what you need, then send over a proposal. If it looks good, you pay a 50% deposit and work begins."
❓ "Can Joe handle my industry?"
Answer: "Joe works with all kinds of businesses — restaurants, contractors, healthcare, professional services, retail, you name it. The approach adapts to whatever industry you're in. He's done everything from pizza shops to law firms."
❓ "What about e-commerce? Can I sell products?"
Answer: "Absolutely. The e-commerce package is $1,000 and includes shopping cart, secure Stripe payments, up to 50 products loaded, inventory management — the works. Same 2-3 week timeline."
❓ "Do you do Google Ads?"
Answer: "NWG focuses on websites and organic SEO — the stuff that builds long-term traffic. For Google Ads, Joe knows some good people he can recommend. Different skill set, and he'd rather refer you to an expert than do it halfway."
❓ "What makes NWG different from other web designers?"
Answer: "Three things: You own your code (no lock-in), Joe's a real person you can text (not a support ticket), and the monthly plan includes weekly SEO content that most agencies charge $300+ extra for. It's personal service with professional results."
The Power Move
If you ever get a question you can't answer:
"Great question — let me connect you with Joe directly and he can give you the full scoop."
This is always a valid answer. You're not expected to know everything. Your job is to make the connection.
